Descrizione
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to receive my order?
Usually 4 weeks. Each ImolArte product is handmade. The waiting time we ask for is what our artisans need to create the products you desire.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If we ship within Italy, shipping is free for all orders starting from €150, and for the rest of the world starting from €300.
Can I customize the products I order?
Certainly: at the time of purchase, you can choose whether to have initials engraved on the product or a dedication on the back. The personalization service has a variable cost depending on the choice made.
Each piece is one of a kind
Every ImolArte product is born from the hands of a single artisan, who paints it brushstroke after brushstroke, without the aid of molds, silkscreens, or other mechanical processes. It is this unrepeatable gesture that makes every piece different from all others, with small variations that declare its artisanal origin and preserve its uniqueness. A timeless object, designed to accompany daily life and to last, from generation to generation, well beyond its function.
