This icon's simple frame highlights the bright red, yellow and blue of Our Lady's crown and dress decorations and the dynamic depiction of her face and hands. This kind of plaque was produced right here by the Bucci factory and then by the Cooperativa Ceramica d'Imola, who still own the original moulds. Never neglected, but simply forgotten for decades, these moulds are an important cultural find that now plays a leading role in ImolArte's artistic production.
